  • Employment / Career related difficulties
  • Loss, bereavement and separation
  • Traumas from childhood and other crises
  • Sexuality / LGBT

My aim is to assist you to work through your issues in a safe and confidential environment and to lead you towards a sense of inner balance and peace of mind.

My approach is humanistic and integrative and is designed to explore all avenues with you, in order to reach your true potential in life, without allowing issues and difficulties of the past to block your progress to the future.

The session usually lasts 50-55 minutes and there is no minimum or maximum number of sessions.

I work with individuals, including adults and adolescents and am based in the Dublin 15 area.

Talks: I have given many talks, workshops and seminars on the above topics and can tailor one to suit your group, organisation or public meeting.
